Where Pet Care Meets Purpose
Jason Hofmann is the owner and Animal Behavior College (ABC) certified dog trainer at 203 Pet Service, with 29 years of professional pet care experience. He founded 203 Pet Service in 2004 and has led the company for 22 years, building a team of salaried W-2 employees dedicated to exceptional pet care.
Jason first met Stefan Walter in 2023 while working together on a project. Over the years they have spent a significant amount of time together on multiple projects. Jason is a proud co-founder of The Honey On Duty Project, where he leads the future dog training pipeline and advises on liability, behavior, and standards.
The nonprofit is powered by a dedicated team. Stefan Walter serves as Founder, Executive Director, and Chaplain in Training. Lacy Jones is Co-Founder and Operations Director. Amanda Cubbage, a U.S. Air Force veteran and Honey's original trainer, serves as Board Member and Service Dog Trainer. Dr. Brianna Horrocks, DVM, serves as Board Member and Veterinary Advisor.

Healing Visits
Honey and her handler Stefan visit hospitals, hospice facilities, and care homes, bringing calm, comfort, and genuine connection to patients and their families during some of life's hardest moments.
Crisis & Community Response
When communities face tragedy, The Honey On Duty Project responds. Honey provides trauma-informed support to survivors, first responders, and community members navigating grief and crisis.
The HoneyGram Project
Handwritten notes of hope, delivered by Honey, to children in hospice, hospital patients, and first responders. A small gesture that carries enormous weight.

The Honey On Duty Project operates on the belief that healing is not a luxury. It's a right. By combining the science of animal-assisted therapy with trauma-informed care practices, Honey and her team meet people exactly where they are.
