Write it however feels natural to you. There is no wrong answer. But if you are staring at a blank box, these are the kinds of details other pet parents find most useful:

• •Which service you use and your town. Something like "midday walks in Southport" or "cat sitting in Westport" tells a neighbor exactly whether we are a fit for them.
• •Your pet's name. It makes the whole thing feel real, and honestly it makes our day.
• •Who takes care of your pet. If one of our team members has been great with your dog or cat, name them. Our people stay with us for years and they deserve the credit.
• •What changed for you. Maybe you stopped racing home at lunch. Maybe you finally took a vacation without worrying. That is the part people relate to.
• •How long we have worked together. Two months or twelve years, either one says something worth knowing.
